I see them as equally important to information management. Internet marketing speaks in general to a variety of subjects and concerns while blogging speaks directly to a subject or concern.

Well, the key to good social media is creating something that people want to share, and the thing that people like to share the most is information about themselves.

Some companies use Facebook games to do this, but depending on you budget this could be very difficult. You might consider some type of contest… like maybe they get to use the car for week or something. Or, you will drive to them so that they can take it for a test drive.

Think of some great incentive that you could build into a social media campaign and use sites like Facebook to get an audience. Again, you want to make sure that you develop something that people will want to share.

I am a first year university student and I have two job offers for the summer. Company A is a planning internship with a well known ad agency, Company B is a social media internship with a financial services company. I want to work in an agency setting in the future so I believe my best bet is A, but if anyone has ever been in this position or has ever hired someone for a job with an ad agency, which would you take?

Since you want a “real” ad agency job down the line, your best move is to intern with one now.

Agencies rarely want to bother hiring someone who has never worked in an agency before. They typically try to choose someone who already know the ropes, pace, and terminology. Get in there and get the important head-start your resume will need in order to complete once you graduate.

I don’t think you will ever not feel overwhelmed in Internet marketing, that is just the nature of the beast. There is so much to learn and you can never learn it all. Plus, just when you think you got it Google changes their algorithm and you have to readjust!

Nevertheless, it looks like everything you are mentioning can be divided into two different fields; Search Engine Marketing and Web design. For Search Engine Marketing check out http://www.pioneersem.com for a run-down of the different aspects and where you may want to concentrate your efforts (it’s not the best looking site on the web, but I’m working on it). For Web Design W3 is your best resources.

Well the best twitter tool/software out today is TweetAttacks. And why is it so? because it is not dependent on twitter API , which means , you can follow thousands of people in a single day . and get thouands of followers in return in very same day without getting your account banned. Yes and that’s the most impressive function of this tool is.

All other softwares are based on Twitter API , and thus have limitations of following only couple of hundreds in a day , and still pose a threat to get your accounts banned.

But TweetAttacks has the most advanced technology , and do not pose any threat to your account.

You could pretty easily get 1000s of followers in a day , which could have taken days or even a month with other softwares.

I’m trying to figure this out for a small business situation. I know the price will vary from situation to situation. I am not looking for an answer that says it depends on this or that… I know there are different factors that affect a price. However, if you could give a ball park average for a business making a few million in sales a year. (I worked at a Chick-fil-A restaurant that makes 3.5 million a year.) A busy fast-food restaurant should fit that description. I’m not talking about companies like Apple or Best Buy.

The best answer would be one that breaks the price down to a monthly cost for each platform. The price could even vary. I.e.
1. How much would it cost for a Facebook fan page? $ 500 – $ 1,000
2. How much for a Twitter page? $ 1,000 – $ 2,500
3. How much for a blog… and how many posts per a week would that price include? $ 100 per blog entry
4. How much to have a website optimized for search engines? 1 million a month
5. What else is there and how much does it cost. EzineArticle marketing – $ 250 per article
…

It depends on competition. If your business is pretty competitive, the price goes high.
If the SEO company use blackhat way to boost ranking will be cheaper, it still depends on your business. I think the best way is to inquire more than 3 SEO companies and find out the differnece will be the best solution.
Don’t forget to ask for the success story of SEO.
